These Terms of Sale apply when you buy or try a license for software from Paradigm Geospatial, Inc. (“Paradigm”, “we”, “us”), on pg-core.com or through our sales team. Your use of the software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement.

Every license includes quality and feature updates to the apps it covers. The Launcher is free with every installation. A Founders license covers the apps in the launch release; apps released later are not included.
2. Prices and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page. Sales tax, VAT or similar taxes are calculated and added by Paddle at checkout where they apply. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
We may change prices for future purchases and renewals. We will tell subscribers about a price change at least [30] days before it applies to a renewal.
3. Payment
You pay Paddle by the methods offered at checkout. Business customers who need to pay by invoice can ask us, and Paddle issues the invoice. A license is issued once Paddle confirms payment.
4. Subscriptions
Monthly and Yearly licenses renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and your license keeps working until then. If a renewal payment fails, we may give you a short grace period before the license lapses.
5. Delivery and activation
Licenses are delivered electronically. You activate a license by pasting it into the Launcher. The license is then checked on your machine, without an internet connection.
6. Trials
Each customer may take one trial per app. A trial is the full, unrestricted version of the app until it expires. It is free, takes no payment details, does not renew, and does not convert into a paid license. When it ends, the app stops opening until you activate a paid license.
7. Refunds
Every purchase and renewal comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: ask within 30 days and you get a full refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle; to ask for one, use the link in your receipt, email us or call us. Licenses that are refunded are revoked. This section does not limit any right to a refund that the law gives you.
8. Seats and transfers
Each license covers the number of users or machines stated in your order. You can move a seat to a new machine by asking us for a replacement license. Transferring a license to another organization requires our written consent.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Sale. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
