Paradigm GeospatialSurvey software on its own engine

From the scan to the signed drawing, on one engine.

Point clouds, CAD, plan sheets, field scanning and GNSS in five Windows apps that hand the work to each other, all on PGC Core, the engine we build ourselves. Built by a licensed surveyor and a real-time engine architect, for work that ends in a signed deliverable. Buy it once and own it, with every update included.

Every launch app can be tried free for 15 days. Perpetual licenses, activated offline. See pricing

Available at launch

Six apps, one survey workflow.

Pg-GPS processes the static GPS baselines. Collector captures and registers in the field. Surveyor extracts, checks and delivers. CAD drafts and computes. Puck works the plan sheets. The Launcher installs, licenses and updates them all.

How they fit together

Each app hands the work to the next.

  1. Control Pg-GPS Process static GPS baselines against CORS stations it ranks for you.
  2. Field Collector Run the scanners and register each station on site.
  3. Office Surveyor Extract linework and coded points, check, and deliver.
  4. Drawing CAD Draft, run COGO, build surfaces and plot sheets.
  5. Record Puck Calibrate plats and plan sheets and close their traverses.

Pg-GPS exports a hand-off package for Surveyor. Collector writes a project Surveyor opens as-is. Surveyor's linework reaches CAD as DXF and LandXML, and Puck's traverses arrive as DXF.

Own your tools

Every launch app. Yours for good. Every update included.

Survey software has moved to subscriptions that stop the day you stop paying. The Founders license is one payment of $13,495 for a perpetual license to every app in the launch release, against $19,379 bought separately. Every future update to those apps is included, and the license is checked on your own machine: no dongle, no license server.

Automation, with you in charge

The tedious parts, handled. The judgment stays yours.

Surveyor

An assistant that works offline

Surveyor's assistant runs on your machine and answers from its help and US federal survey standards, citing where each answer comes from.

Surveyor

Curbs and linework from the cloud

Extract curbs and trace breaklines with the brush instead of digitizing every vertex, then review them before they are delivered.

Puck

Plan sheets read with Claude

Optional AI extraction finds lot lines, easements and monuments on a plat. You accept or reject each one, and it stays off until you add your own Anthropic API key.

Built for your desk

Desktop software that respects the job.

Native and GPU-accelerated

Surveyor, CAD and Collector are native Windows apps on PGC Core that draw with plain Vulkan 1.3. No CUDA, no vendor toolkit.

Your data stays with you

The apps run on your machine with no usage tracking, and your license is checked offline. Cloud AI features are optional and use your own API key.

Open formats in and out

LAS, LAZ and E57 come into Surveyor and go back out, DXF and DWG drawings open in CAD, and deliveries include LandXML, Shapefile and GeoTIFF. Every format, app by app

Who builds it

A licensed surveyor and an engine architect.

On a stamped survey, a software mistake is not a glitch; it is a misplaced monument. The apps are designed by someone who signs survey deliverables and built by someone who has spent three decades on real-time systems.

Co-founder and CEO

James Nicolau IV, PLS

Professional Land Surveyor in California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii

A second-generation land surveyor with more than twenty years of boundary, topographic, corridor and laser-scanning work, including the field capture and office production of more than 40,000 Trimble X7 scans. He designs the survey workflow the apps follow, from field registration checks to plat calibration in Puck.

Co-founder and CTO

Shawn Healey

Co-founder of Icon Systems (acquired by SAIC) · Computer Science lecturer, San Diego State University

Thirty years of real-time simulation, graphics engines and distributed systems, including military training systems. He architected PGC Core and the .pgc2 format so that a viewport's speed depends on the screen, not the size of the file.
