An engine for the physical world, sold first to the people who measure it.

Language models read text, and game engines draw assets an artist built in local coordinates. Neither was built for billions of measured points in real-world coordinates where a millimetre carries legal weight. PGC Core was, and surveying is where it earns its first revenue.

The engine

One core, built from a clean sheet.

PGC Core streams point clouds from disk inside a fixed GPU memory budget, keeps survey coordinates in double precision, and journals every step. It runs under all six launch apps, so a scan, a drawing and a coordinate mean the same thing in each. How the engine works

13,060,946,265 points

The whole island of Lāna'i, 1,569 tiles of public USGS lidar in one file, drawing its first frame in 0.6 s. Method and measurements

41 % smaller

A .pgc2 against the E57 it came from, with the coordinate system, normals and levels of detail inside. The formats

3,035 source files

C and C++ in 68 modules, 197 GPU shaders and 556 contract test files: our own engine, not a wrapper around someone else's.

The plan

Earn in surveying, then widen.

Now

Survey production

Surveyor, CAD, Puck, Collector, Pg-GPS, Launcher: point clouds, CAD, plan sheets, field scanning and GNSS, sold per app by subscription or perpetual license, or together under the Founders license. Pricing

Next release

Field-to-office and corridors

SiteLink, Mobile Mapping Desktop, GIS, Studio, on the same engine. Each new app reuses the core, the formats and the coordinate handling the launch apps already prove.

Then

Infrastructure, digital twins and the edge

Transportation departments, utilities and infrastructure owners work with the same data at regional scale. The apps already run on the user's machine with no usage tracking and an offline license check, which suits networks that cannot reach the cloud.

Ground truth

Built against real survey production.

Our CEO, a Professional Land Surveyor in four states, directed the field capture and office production of more than 40,000 Trimble X7 scans. That archive of real survey work, not synthetic data, is what we test spatial tools against. Meet the founders
